My Favorite Pretty + Free Fonts

Ooh, time for another font round-up!   These are always fun, and surprisingly, a bit hard; difficult because my favorites seem to change often, though there are those typefaces that I love no matter what, like Nautik.   Because so many of you are making sweet valentines for your loves, I thought it quite necessary to give you a starting point to make your love notes pretty.  As an extra treat, (tomorrow) I’m giving you some printable Valentine’s Day cards that you can add your own sweet message to…an easy way to test out some of these pretty letters.

Contribute  |  Nautik  |  Mardian  |  Little Lord Fontleroy  |  Cursif  |  Matchbook  |  Castro Script

(Please note that most of these fonts are free for personal use only.)

Thanks, these are awesome! Can I ask what font you used for your blog header? It’s really pretty too, (the Peter loves Jane font). Thanks!

You’d have to check each fonts terms of use, but I would imagine that if you are using them for personal items, and not for re-sale, then you’d be okay. Are you working on a fun project?

Welcome! Click on the link for the font you’d like to download, it will take you to a different website where you can download the font. Some sites are a little tricky. Which site/font are you having trouble with?
